That'll make finding you rather more complicated... Perhaps they could mark their path with pieces of string or colored pebbles. Or ask the local Pokémon for help. A few of them might be willing to give you a hand.

Finding them is the easy part; catching them is the difficult part.

Did you draw it?? It has a lot of detail! Is that how all maps look like? The one in the gear is not that colorful!

That might be a good idea! Maybe that way they could guide Lion here!
